Healthspan Tracker empowers you to take proactive control of your health through personalised insights and advanced biological age tracking.

Track key biomarkers

Biomarkers, short for biological markers, are objective, quantifiable characteristics that serve as indicators of biological processes, health conditions, or responses to interventions.

The Healthspan Tracker AI model is trained to examine and compare the biomarkers of an individual with the stored biometric data in the UK Biobank in the prediction of the biological age of the person and the contribution of each biomarker.

Download the list of blood biomarkers used in the Healthspan Tracker report and show it to your doctor.
Biomarkers with an asterix are required for the organ health scores. Ensure they are included in your final list of biomarkers.

The minimum number of biomarkers for a valid test is 30.

  • There are many benefits to knowing your biological age.

Ageing is the number one risk factor for all chronic disease.

To live a long, healthy life, you need to reduce the rate of ageing to delay the onset of chronic disease.

  • What is your goal for living a healthy, long life?

Not many people wants to liver longer just for the sake of it. Most people want to be healthy until the very end. They want to continue to share life with a partner, see their children grow up or complete their life's work. Or just to enjoy this beautiful life.

  • What is biological age?

Your biological age is how old you really are.

Biological age can explain why individuals of the same age have profound differences in capabilities, and why some people are healthier than others.
